WHEN: Sunday, September 29th, 2024

THEME: “Unity in the Community”

TABLE LOCATION + NUMBER: Table locations will be assigned and posted on our website late in September and we will send an email notifying you.

SETUP TIME: Table set up is at 10:00am (side streets closed off from cars 10am).

START TIME: The Table area of Main Street will remain closed to cars, but will open to the public at 11am for the Festival. The Parade will start at 1pm, so everyone must clear the street and go to the sidewalk for that. Everyone can watch the parade from the sidewalks of Main Street.

END TIME: The Spirit of Beacon Day ends at 4pm. Table breakdown and trash-takeaway begins. Please take your trash.

TABLE SPECS: Table / booth sizes are 10’x10’ wide. You must bring your own table, tent and chairs.

TABLE LOCATION: Your table will be placed on the sidewalk so that the tables can be set up while the parade comes through. The front doors to businesses will be kept clear. No tables are allowed to be set up which block the entrance to a business. Please do encourage people to go into the businesses behind you.
